The Cleann Group is proud to present our recent project completed for West-Ville Constructions on this three story property in Cottesloe, where we undertook a comprehensive builders clean.
The builders clean covered every aspect of the cleaning process, which included all interior and exterior glazing, an initial pre clean as well as the final sparkle clean of the entire property to ensure the property was handed over in pristine condition.
This project was completed over multiple weeks, having as many as 5 x team members per day. Our cleaners worked systematically throughout the entire project, initially removing construction dust, debris and protection, to detail cleaning sliding door tracks, while finally polishing every surface during the sparkle clean for an immaculate handover.
We worked very closely with the site manager to ensure our team came in at the right time, to make sure we reduce costs where possible for our client. The end result was a flawless finish that reflected the quality of the build itself.
