The Cleann Group completed a large builders clean for OPRA Projects for the new Racing and Wagering head office in Osborne Park. This was a large building – a two storey property with 2 large kitchens and over 10 bathrooms.
The builders clean covered every aspect of the cleaning process, which included all interior and exterior glazing, an initial pre clean as well as the final sparkle clean of the entire property to ensure the property was handed over in pristine condition.
This project was completed over the course of a month with lots of moving pieces – TCG had to be flexible with staffing to meet certain milestones, and there were as many as 10 x staff members on any given day.
The team did an amazing job, working closely with OPRA’s site manager to make sure they were completing all tasks in a timely manner. TCG’s management team maintained a tight schedule and utilised timesheets to keep OPRA’s team up to date with costs and schedules.
